How to keep your jewelers always clean.

Are you blond? Are you coloring your hair at home? Do you throw or wash away the left over already mixed color from coloring process?

If you have a gold and silver jewelers, flush the bottle with left over coloring product with just a little water and pour in small bowl or glass; then place your jewelers in it for just 15 minutes and then wash with clear water. They will looks like new. Do not worry if you leave them for longer time, the result will be even better.

OR – pour in smaller pot 1 glass of water, 1 tablespoon Ammonia and 1 tablespoon Dish-wash liquid. Place the jewelry in that water and boil up to 5 minutes on medium heat. Let cool down and use soft old toothbrush to gently clean them. Wash them with clear water and let them dry it self on soft cloth. Your jewelers deserved to be clean-up frequently and you deserved to wear clean and shine jewelers without any germs.

How to boost your energy level the cheapest way.

Do you really want to boost your energy and do not want to spend the money on all offered products for boosting energy on the market?

I believe that every family likes home made meals and thus knows that the parsley and other herbs should play a significant role in our kitchens. Here is what I do for my self every time when I buy fresh parsley, dill and spinach..etc; and what Dr. Darrell Wolf on his clinic in Toronto, taught us years ago.

First I place whole bunches in the sink with plenty water and I add 1/3 to 1/2 of 500 ml bottle of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and leave it in for at least 15 minutes. This way the possible pesticides dissolved and bacteria are killed in Peroxide’s water. Then I wash the greens or other veggies under running water and let them drip of on large strainer. This way treated veggies and other greens last much longer in the fridge and they are ready to use anytime I need it.

Usually, I cut-chop already washed parsley, dill, chive and other herbs and greens right away and all of it. It is much better to do that the same day I buy it; it saves me a lot of time and space in the fridge without messing it. Some times I place the already cut, unused greens in small plastic bag or container and freeze them, or let them dry on wax-paper in baking pan.

BUT – before I use or store them, I place hand-full chopped parsley in the Blender, pour 1 smaller glass of water, 1 teaspoon of dill if desired, and run the Blander on medium to higher speed for 2-3 minutes, till is blend well. After is done, I add fresh lemon juice just from 1/2 lemon and drink it right away, not let the live enzymes oxidized by letting this delicious, energy boosting green drink sit on the counter or in the fridge. I do same way drinks from fresh baby spinach or from red beet’s leaves.

Do you know what your body benefits most from this delicious green drink, and why? I do.

It is the component that even you know – Chlorophyll, which is in any green leaves. Do you know what Chlorophyll is doing in your body? Chlorophyll is helping your blood to curry oxygen through your entire Cardio-Vascular System.

As you see, the secret is so simple and you do not to be genius to find out that after some time of drinking it, even irregularly, your body will thanking you by becoming healthier. I hate too when anyone is dictating me that I HAVE TO take these minerals and that vitamins 3x a day. Personally, I believe that eating fresh fruit and drinking the blend greens more often, is more beneficial to our body then any 1 A-Day pills. Any fruit has some fiber, vitamins, live enzymes and Antioxidants to fight Free Radicals; and any veggies have mostly fiber; then vitamins, minerals and trace-minerals.

I also believe that there is nothing wrong to take extra supplements, minerals, vitamins and meal replacements when someone feels that he/she need them, especially when he/she is experiencing symptoms of cold or flu; or need to loose a few pounds. From my experience, if that happen, the best way to boost Immune System and get rid-off colds or other illness faster, are the products from Echinacea, but I am telling you, once you add my green drink from fresh greens to your diet, more fresh fruits of your choice and taste, your body will be more resistant to viruses, bacterias and free radicals during any flu and cold seasons. Your body will be more resistant even any other, more serious ilnesses.
