Change eating chips for Rice Cake and do NOT give up on chocolate, but eat chocolate with high percentage of coco. There is a variety on the market and the percentage of coco is usually mark on the cover. Read the ingredients. When the ingredients start with "sugar" - that is wrong! When the ingredients start with "coco-powder" is highly nutrition.

If you have a Chocolate Fonda, make your own delicious snack, dip the rice cake in melted chocolate with high percentage of coco-powder and sift with grounded or finally chopped Pecan nuts, Almonds or nuts of your choice. Also try find Health Food Stores who sell Coco Beans. It means real coco-beans after fragmentation. they are very fulfilling and beneficial to human body with minerals, they stop hungry feeling and improve digestion.
